Shell Bowl 6 - By Ben Carpenter

In an attempt to recreate the rough worn look found on the outside of sea shells, I textured and burned the outside of this shell. The inside is highly sanded and polished to allow the tiger stripe grain of the maple to shine through brightly. This piece is the sixth in my shell series.
